British Orienteering and National Trust launch the National Trust Orienteering Challenge
January – March 2016 – A unique season of orienteering challenge events offers the chance to explore National Trust places in a whole new way.
Find your way around a mapped out course, while completing a range of special tasks and activities that evoke the spirit of their special places. No previous experience of orienteering needed but you will need be 16 or over and have a base level of fitness.

Update: Cumbria Community Foundation flood appeal – A fundraising walk/event/day.
GRAND DAY OUT is filling up with some lovely volunteer-organised events.
