Local knowledge - Glasgow is one of Europe’s most vibrant, dynamic and stylish cities, has been named the number one UK destination “on the rise” by the worlds largest travel site trip advisor. Glasgow has also been named as the third best destination in the UK by the 2013 travellers choice destination awards.  Our city has many tourist attractions and you can see most of them by using the city tour busses, which is a hop on and off service. If you choose to use this service please have a look at the riverside transport museum and Kelvingrove of modern art gallery.  If you are looking for some lunch or even a meal Glasgow has some of the best dinning in the world with a mixture of nationalities to cater for all needs with everything no more than 10 mins away from the store.

Staff Recommendations - The Rohan Glasgow store has a cafe Nero next door if your looking for a quick pick me up after a hard days shopping.  For a nice lunch we recommend Cafe fresh which is on Mitchell street (around the corner from the store) the supply a lovely deli range and hot and cold food with a relaxing sit in area up stairs. If on the other hand your looking for something a little bit more filling we have Jamie Oliver’s kitchen on George Square ( roughly 5 mins by foot from the store)

The Core Silver range is a favourite and with its technical prowess, it should be a must for a Rohan addict. For women the Sundown shirt is a fantastic lightweight top for those who are travelling to hot countries or hopefully staying in the UK and enjoying our climate.

Our customers have been amazingly generous and with the added incentive of 15% off any current new stock this is an ideal oppurtunity to not only give to a great cause but also save a bit of money. GIFT YOUR GEAR finishes on the 31st March so if you have spotted something in the lovely new brochure, why not look out something maybe not used anymore hiding in a cupboard etc and save yourself some money.

  8. So what has Rohan, Glasgow and the Commonwealth Games got in common? One answer could be the Aura Jkt. Ideal for all the experienced and budding cyclists especially with the games coming up later in the year. Amazingly high tech it is surely worth a visit to see how light it actually is!
