The Thames Path Challenge 100km Walk

I’m doing The Thames Path Challenge 100km walk for The Mayhew Animal Home because they love cats and dogs as much as I do! – Michelle.

Michelle our manager at Rohan Kingston has been telling Rohantime about her latest challenge. She is looking forward to The Thames Path Challenge 9th – 10th September for The Mayhew Animal Home,  a 100 km walking challenge which she will be doing with some great friends.

In September, we’ll be doing a family challenge walking from Putney Bridge to Henley (without sleeping!) The Mayhew Animal Home re-homes around 500 cats and 100 dogs each year that are unwanted, abandoned or neglected. As well finding happy new homes for our cats and dogs, our mission is to help animals in need gain a better quality of life by delivering a broad range of community-based projects. Fundraising for The Mayhew Animal Home truly does make a difference. It costs over £6,500 a day to run The Mayhew Animal Home and together we can make our vision a reality and create a society where animals are treated and cared for with respect.
