Rohan Events Thursday 8th December, Ambleside, Harrogate, Glasgow & Edinburgh.

If you are in Ambleside, Harrogate, Glasgow or Edinburgh on Thursday 8th December take a look at the events below. I notice John Beatty is doing two cities in one day Glasgow 2:15pm – 3.45pm and Edinburgh 7:30pm – 9.00pm. Look out for him on the road or train between the two cities. If you are in or near Harrogate join Saul and the rest of the Rohan Harrogate team with Colin, our Chairman, bring those questions you always wanted to ask. This is the final Rohan Harrogate Lecture 2011. Something very special is happening in Rohan Ambleside. The Barefoot Shepherdess in the shop talking about her life. Details on these events are below. Rohan Ambleside special event on thursday 8th December – Meet ‘The Barefoot Shepherdess’ between 5.30 – 7pm limited spaces call now to book your place on 01539 431630. Alison O’Neill, a working shepherdess at her Shacklabank Farm, near Sedbergh. “I walk barefoot as often as I can in all weathers and on all terrains there are no rules no wrongs and no rights from soft green moss in the woods to cold mountain streams across muddy fields or knee deep in wild flower hay meadows. They say home is where the heart is and mine is on The Howgill Fells there soft velvet sides and stunning views in all directions call to me time and time again”. More information and booking don’t leave it to long this will be popular.
